dynamic and results-driven male candidate
for the role of
Assistant Operations Manager
. The selected individual will support and coordinate key operational functions related to export logistics, supply chain, production planning, and compliance for international markets. This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations aligned with global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Export & Logistics Operations:
Coordinate international shipments, manage export documentation, and liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Monitor delivery timelines, freight costs, and compliance with global shipping standards.
Production & Inventory Planning:
Work closely with production and procurement teams to align manufacturing schedules with international order pipelines.
Oversee inventory management, stock availability, and timely order dispatches.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
Support automation initiatives and operational digitization where feasible.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance:
Ensure all operational practices comply with international quality and food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
Assist during audits, inspections, and documentation for certifications and customer requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate between cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Warehousing.
Address customer service issues related to international shipments, order tracking, and documentation.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain and update operational dashboards, shipping trackers, and key performance metrics.
Prepare reports for senior management on cost analysis, lead times, and order performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG/export environment.
Familiarity with international logistics, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
