Carlisle Golf Club is seeking a motivated
Assistant PGA Professional
to join our progressive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the North's leading clubs, with a strong focus onretail, custom fitting, technology and member engagement
.The Role:
Deliver outstanding retail and custom-fitting experiences. Support daily shop operations, stock management and merchandising. Utilise technology (TrackMan, fitting systems, etc.) to enhance the golfer experience. Assist with competitions and member services. Contribute to the club's social media content and marketing. Opportunities to coach, particularly beginners and juniors.
About You:
Current PGA Trainee / Registered Assistant Professional. Strong retail and customer service focus. Interest in equipment and custom fitting (experience preferred but training provided). Confident with technology and social media. Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
