PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 25,700 - 34,700 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The TV Social Edit Hub is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Editor to join our team for 3 months, to help craft a range of supporting social content for BBC iPlayer programmes. The Edit Hub creates innovative, reactive content designed to engage young audiences across social platforms, supporting BBC iPlayer titles with clips, cutdowns, compilations, and original content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This is a great opportunity to shape how BBC content reaches and resonates with younger viewers.
