The Role

Lead the strategic development of teaching and learning, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high standards across all phases Champion evidence-based pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices Work closely with colleagues to model outstanding practice, deliver impactful professional development, and foster a reflective, ambitious staff culture Use data and dialogue to support all staff in refining practice and raising outcomes Contribute to the wider leadership of the academy, sharing responsibility for our ongoing improvement journey

What We're Looking For

An exceptional teacher and leader with a strong track record of improving classroom practice and outcomes Experience in developing whole-school strategies around teaching, curriculum, and assessment A commitment to inclusive, values-led education in a diverse, high-expectation setting The ability to build capacity in others through coaching, CPD, and collaboration Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment that embraces challenge and growth
