Job description

Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our academy in September 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.



As an Assistant Principal, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team of the academy, working within the 'Deeps' as assigned by the Principal. You will proactively support the Principal / Vice Principal / AAB members to ensure that the leadership and management of the academy runs at the most effective level possible.

Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The Academy opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16. The school has recently been rebuilt and facilities are excellent, located within easy commuting distance of the main urban areas this is a great place to work.
