About the Role:

As an Assistant Process Technologist, you'll support the scale-up of new and improved products, working closely with NPD, Technical, and Operations teams. You'll assist with factory trials, maintain launch packs, ensure compliance with all standards, and help deliver safe, high-quality products. This hands-on role is perfect for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in food manufacturing.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Food Technology (or similar) or relevant experience Level 2 Food Safety qualification Organised, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communicator and team player Passion for quality, food safety, and continuous improvement
