Ensure all elements are clearly labelled, logged, and accounted for throughout the production process. Identify problems or bottlenecks early, and help develop practical solutions to keep production moving. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics and efficient prep ahead of loading and onsite installations and load-out.
