Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager with initiative to support our projects and installation team. This person should be conscientious and keen to assist with progressing projects with the best outcomes for the customer.

Responsibilities

Assist the team with the administrative aspects of proposals - through the period of the project to completion. Responsible for preparing the documents (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to ensure a safe start to works. Coordinate project activities and required stock across teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders Assist with site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Manage documentation including purchase orders, logging installed equipment and compiling handover information on project completion. Contribute to effective time management by prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines

Experience

This role may suit an individual with previous experience of site/trade works. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors Demonstrated ability in time management and problem-solving Experience in a role with Health and Safety responsibilities would be advantageous.

Qualifications

While no formal qualifications are required, the successful candidate will have a willingness to learn and undertake training required for the role.

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
