We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Nuclear & Infrastructure Division, based on site at Sellafield.



Our Nuclear & Infrastructure division has extensive experience in the specialist, highly regulated nuclear, transport (road and rail), process industries and power and energy sectors. Providing award winning design teams, utilising state-of-the-art design software and Tekla detailing facilities to offer customers value engineering. This gives a mix of proven success along with modern, innovative design and fabrication ideas to be able to provide a quality, specialised service to a growing market. They continue to set the

in their highly regulated market!

Vacancy Details

In the Assistant Project Manager position you will support in the organising and management of contracts safely and efficiently, within budget and to schedule, consistent with Company Procedures, good practice and Statutory Legislation within our contractual obligations.



Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Liaising and assisting with clients and their teams, principal contractors, sub-contractors and in-house departments to ensure projects run smoothly and in accordance with the programme. Preparation of cost schedules and being proactive in raising questions to ensure the successful execution of the contract Identify changes to project requirements and compile amendments where necessary to contracts.

Key Skills & experience

The ideal candidate will either have previous experience in project management within the construction industry, be recently graduated from university with an industry relevant degree, or have experience in an existing role within the structural steel industry.
