As we continue to grow, we're investing in the people who will shape our next chapter. We're now hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of energy-efficiency projects and grow into a future leader within the business.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality domestic retrofit projects, supporting Project Managers from planning through to handover. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sustainable construction and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating multiple projects across insulation, solar PV, and renewables Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep works on track Support site scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance Attend site visits, client meetings, and maintain H&S standards Help identify and implement process improvements as we scale
What You Bring

Essential:

Experience in project support or delivery (construction, renewables, or related sector) Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Desirable:

Knowledge of retrofit standards (PAS 2035) or low-carbon tech Familiarity with insulation, solar or heat pump installs
