Summary



We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Sculleries of Stockbridge. In this role, you will support project management efforts across various bespoke furniture projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in design and service.

Responsibilities



Assist in the planning and execution of multiple furniture projects from inception to completion. Utilize project management software to track progress, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Collaborate with designers, craftsmen, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures to maintain profitability. Conduct root cause analysis on any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure continuous improvement. Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Requirements



Experience in a project management role would be usesful but more important skills for joining our team is enthusiasm, dynamism and work rate. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members. Familiarity with project management software would be advantageous although we provide an in house system for development. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to analyze problems critically and propose effective solutions.

Pay: 22,880.00-30,000.00 per year
