About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategic transformation initiative aimed at enhancing institutional efficiency, developing a sustainable operating and financial model, and reviewing academic and professional service portfolios.

The key focus of this role is to support the Project Manager in overseeing the delivery of all aspect of Project Re-Align. You will play a key role in the communication, coordination, and governance processes, ensuring successful outcomes across planning, procurement, implementation, and project handover. You will also manage ad hoc projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

About you

You will be educated to graduate level or equivalent preferably in the field of administration/project management. You will demonstrate a results-oriented approach with experience working within multi-disciplinary teams. The post holder will have extensive knowledge of University processes and systems, be able to work under their own initiative and have excellent people skills.

About the team

You'll be joining a highly professional, committed and student focused community and will work within a small, friendly and flexible team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Project Re-Align team and as such will contribute to both the operational and strategic development of the project.
