Assistant Project Manager (Full Time)

DJ Geraghty Construction & Maintenance Ltd is a family-run business specialising in heritage roofing, lime mortar repointing, extensions, and full build management.

We're now looking for an ambitious

Assistant Project Manager

to support the Director in delivering projects, developing systems, and driving efficiency as our company grows.

The Role

Support the Managing Director with daily project management across multiple roofing, lime, and building projects Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Order and track materials, subcontractor requirements, and plant hire/off-hire Prepare take-offs, valuations, job sheets, and cost records Help build and maintain rate libraries for pricing and estimating Support weekly and monthly reporting and develop project management systems Attend site visits to monitor progress, collect data, and liaise with subcontractors
The Ideal Candidate

Ambitious, detail-driven, and highly organised Strong communicator, confident with spreadsheets, numbers, and reporting Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and improve systems Comfortable working under pressure and balancing multiple tasks Confident in communicating with customers, tradesfolk and suppliers Clear ambition to progress into an
