Assistant Project Manager (graduate Level)

Job Description



We're looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our Project Management team in London. Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers, you'll help lead projects from concept to completion -- shaping outcomes, solving problems, and delivering real value.

You'll be involved in:

Developing and managing project programmes Monitoring progress and reporting against budgets Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies Facilitating design development and driving efficiencies Supporting teams to perform at their best
Expect a varied workload across public and private sector projects, with around:

50% on core project management tasks 20% on site visits 20% on project administration 10% on learning and development
We'll support your journey to becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) through structured mentoring and APC support.

Person Specification



You're a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a RICS-accredited degree, ready to kick-start your career in consultancy. You'll bring:

A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills Excellent communication - both written and verbal A proactive, adaptable mindset Confidence in building client relationships Motivation to grow and help others grow Resilience, flexibility, and a team-first attitude
