My client is looking for a candidate with a technical or non-technical background, with experience working in the water sector to assist the delivery teams in managing part of a large portfolio of work over \xc2\xa31.5 Billion.

The vacancy is for my client\'s Thames Water AMP7 Framework. as the main Design & Build contractor on a large range of clean and wastewater projects.

The project\'s are currently in the delivery phase with design teams still submitting work needing to be packaged, managed and delivered on site to the clients specification.

The role would include the following and the ideal candidate will have experience with the majority of these aspects:

\xc2\xb7Preparing project specific documents such as Project Execution Plans;
\xc2\xb7Obtaining all necessary consents/permits/licences;
\xc2\xb7Liaising with stakeholders and stakeholder groups;
\xc2\xb7Preparing construction related documents such as RAMS, traffic management plans and phasing plans, etc;
\xc2\xb7Attending or chairing meetings with stakeholder groups, subcontractors, etc.;
\xc2\xb7Reviewing planning/consent applications to ensure they do not constrain the construction process;
\xc2\xb7Preparing monthly progress reports for the client;
\xc2\xb7Day to day work site coordination and planning to ensure the works are carried out safely and efficiently;
