Working for a diverse client portfolio, the successful candidate will need to quickly establish credible relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensure a robust roadmap is formulated and upheld for multiple projects to enable success. Previous experience within an operational role will be essential and to ensure the best possible results are yielded, strong time management and attention to detail will be key attributes, in addition to being proficient in both collaborative and autonomous working practices.

Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring we exceed expectations. Assist the PM team large-scale catering projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their vision, needs, and budgets. Develop detailed service plans, including menus, logistics, and timelines. Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and staff to ensure flawless execution. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports.


Qualifications



Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in catering operations, with a portfolio of successful services. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Ability to create, develop and nurture multiple stakeholder relationships Expertise in budgeting and financial management. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
