Role Overview





As an

Assistant Project Manager

, you will:


Support the provision of pre- and post-contract project management services. Assist in delivering capital projects across multiple sectors. Manage key project elements including programme management, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Support the preparation of progress reports, risk registers, and contract documentation. Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and cost control. Ensure projects meet contractual, quality, and regulatory standards. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Occasionally travel to sites across the South Coast (UK driving licence required).

About You




Minimum

2 years' experience

in a

construction consultancy

project management role.

Committed to achieving chartered status

(MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM). Excellent knowledge of

construction methodologies, procurement, and contract administration

. Understanding of

NEC, JCT

, or

FIDIC

contract forms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using

MS Project

or

Asta Powerproject

(advantageous). Highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
