Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager who can handle both administrative property management tasks and hands-on, in-the-field responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working both in the office and on the road, with the opportunity to grow within the property management sector. .

On-the-Road Duties & Property Management Administration:



Carry out meter checks (water, gas, electricity) and accurately record readings. Locate and identify meters on-site, including in concealed or hard-to-find areas. Transport materials, keys, tools, and documents between properties, suppliers, and contractors. Perform carrying, loading, and unloading of items such as supplies, small equipment, and materials. Support general fieldwork as required to keep property operations running smoothly. Assist in the day to day operations of commercial properties Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor visits Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, providing information and upselling additional services where appropriate. Manage tenant communication, respond to inquiries, and address concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records, including invoices, receipts, service logs, and inspection reports. Source, evaluate, and obtain quotes from contractors for repairs, maintenance and improvement works.

Skills:



Excellent communication and customer service skills. Clear verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and staff. Well organised with the ability to maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation. Strong time management and prioritisation of multiple properties and tasks. Strong attention to detail Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise property works effectively. Comfortable using property management software and systems (Re-Leased / Asana)
