We are seeking an part time Assistant Property Manager & Insurance Lead to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our busy Block and Estate management departments.
This is a split position with two main roles:
1. Oversee the insurance portfolio across the Block and Estate Management business
2. Support a property manager with administrative requirements
Each Property Manager manages a growing portfolio of approximately 25 - 30 Block Management and Estate Management sites in the South Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Gloucestershire areas, and will require specific administrative support to ensure their portfolio remains compliant and well managed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferential
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time and work management skills

Times/days to be negotiated; our preference would be to include Monday - Friday 1-5pm
Evening work available for AGM minute taking (paid as overtime or TOIL)
