Role Overview:



We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our exclusive property portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring each property is guest-ready, standards are upheld, and service runs smoothly at all times.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests and suppliers, you'll play an important role in delivering the luxury experience Knightsbridge Apartments is known for. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with the daily operations across a portfolio of high-end serviced apartments Coordinate and communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay Organise housekeeping, maintenance, and restocking schedules Perform property checks to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met Ensure properties are compliant with local safety and regulatory requirements Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently Support minor handyman tasks when required Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, suppliers, and contractors Liaise with tradespeople for repairs and maintenance needs Monitor guest reviews and help implement service improvements Manage and replenish essential supplies across all properties

Qualifications & Experience:



Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays when required Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Comfortable with general admin and use of Microsoft Office/Google Drive Basic knowledge of general maintenance is a plus Confidence managing multiple responsibilities across different properties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

London SW1X: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
