About Us



We are a leading residential property company, based in South Manchester, with a large portfolio of properties all owned and managed in-house. Our beautiful Grade II listed office is just south of the city centre, set in an acre of landscaped gardens.

Job description



Liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and organising repairs Responding to letting enquiries Conducting viewings and assessing potential tenants Taking and editing property pictures, uploading to the website Processing deposits and confidential tenancy paperwork Monitoring the payment of rents and recovering arrears Actively managing contractors and sourcing new as required Arranging move-outs, inventories, return of tenants deposits Arranging move-ins, inventories, acting on requests from incoming tenants Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the managed portfolio in both property standards and exceptional customer service

The Successful Applicant


Ideally, successful candidates will have:

Property management experience Knowledge of HMO, Property Licensing and Compliance Social media, email and mobile communication abilities Local residential sales market knowledge and a keen interest in real estate An entrepreneurial flair A proactive approach, with the ability to act on your own initiative
It is essential for the candidate to have:

Full access to your own transportation to conduct viewings and regularly inspect properties in South Manchester A valid full, clean, UK Driving License and car insurance To work rostered Saturdays with other team members (time off in lieu) To work on and around the key dates at the change of tenancy (1st July and 1st Sept) and in the lettings period (November) Excellent communication and administration skills A passion for customer service Be a self-starter, quick learner and be highly organised Be a clear and persuasive communicator
