At

Crossway Estates we are seeking a new

Assistant Property Manager

to join us at our beautiful Grade II listed office just south of Manchester City Centre.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has some experience in the property sector, is able to handle all aspects of lettings, and can efficiently respond to maintenance queries Enjoys working with a range of people, from contractors to tenants, on varied tasks both in and out of the office

Job description



Liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and organising repairs Responding to lettings enquiries Conducting viewings and assessing potential tenants Taking and editing property pictures, uploading to the website Processing deposits and confidential tenancy paperwork Monitoring the payment of rents and recovering arrears

The successful applicant

will ideally have:

Property management experience (2 years+) Knowledge of HMO, Property Licensing and Compliance Social media, email, and mobile communication abilities Local residential sales market knowledge A graduate education (with relevance to the sector)
It is essential for the candidate to have:

Full access to your own transportation to conduct viewings and regularly inspect properties in South Manchester A valid full, clean, UK Driving License and car insurance To be able to work rostered Saturdays with other team members (time off in lieu) To work on and around the key dates at the change of tenancy (1st July and 1st Sept) and in the lettings period (November)
