The Address Management is an independent Property Management company based in slough, Berkshire. We are currently seeking an experienced assistant property manager to join our small and friendly team to assist the property manager with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in the lettings industry is essential, although full training will be given.
The candidate should have good organisation skills and a multi-tasker. If you are self motivated, an excellent administrator/communicator and are able to learn quickly in a fun and small friendly team please apply!
You should also have some knowledge of legislation and other aspects of a lettings business. You will be responsible for ensuring all certificates are up to date, update our CRM software, (full training will be given on our software), perform property inspections, be the first point of call for all maintenance issues with landlords, tenants and contractors, and assist the property manager and Director with other aspect of the business where required.
You will need to have a clean driving license (car owner preferable).
