Job Description

It is essential that you have experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor working for a construction company in the UK. You must also hold a valid UK driving licence.

A dynamic and forward thinking regional contractor have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their flag ship office near Birmingham centre.

You could be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more development or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who needs progression and a new challenge.

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their fit out and refurbishment division on projects between 1m and 5m in value. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment.

Construction qualification or currently studying Track record working for a reputable contractor Experience working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction is essential
