new build and refurbishment projects

across South Wales. As an

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

, you'll work closely with senior commercial staff, gaining hands-on experience and progression within a supportive and ambitious business.

Role Overview

As an

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

, you will be responsible for:


Assisting with cost planning, tenders, and valuations. Supporting senior QSs across multiple live projects. Managing subcontractor payments and documentation. Monitoring costs and budgets to ensure project profitability. Building strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.

About You

-------------


Ideally a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Experience or placement background in new build or refurbishment. Strong communication and numerical skills. Keen to develop and grow within a reputable contractor.
