Key Responsibilities:
Support the Revenue & Reservations Manager in daily operations, rota planning, and team leadership
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve front-line complaints professionally
Supervise check-ins, check-outs, and reservation procedures, including group bookings
Drive team performance through training, feedback, and coaching
Implement upselling strategies to maximise room revenue
Maintain accurate billing, reservation data, and compliance with financial procedures
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to enhance the guest experience
Participate in Duty Management shifts and cross-departmental support when required
What We're Looking For:
Previous front office/reception experience in a 4-star hotel or similar (desirable)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Knowledge of hotel booking systems (Guestline or similar - desirable)
A proactive approach with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
