Role Overview



My client is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to join their Private Banking team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for client service and wealth management to contribute to the growth and success of an elite client portfolio, primarily serving clients from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day support to Private Bankers in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Assist with client onboarding, including preparation and verification of KYC documentation and account opening procedures. Coordinate and process banking transactions, investment instructions, and credit facility documentation in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain and update accurate client records, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory standards. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reporting for client meetings and internal reviews. Help identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through cross-selling and tailored product offerings. Monitor compliance with AML, risk, and operational policies.

Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Prior experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a client-facing role in financial services. Solid understanding of banking products and services relevant to high-net-worth individuals. Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks within the UK and international banking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality. Fluency in

Arabic

is required.
