Responsibilities

Maintain organised digital files and documentation using Google Suite and other office software.
Assist with scheduling social media accounts each week.
Assist with customer service emails.

Assist with editing content and websites.
Conduct research as needed to support ongoing projects or initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office applications is essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role or as a virtual assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience with clerical duties, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with managing social media accounts and websites is of huge benefit.
