Assistant Arcade Manager

to help run our exciting arcade at

Camber Sands Holiday Park

.

From cutting-edge video games to classic prize machines, you'll help deliver unforgettable fun and experiences to hundreds of holiday guests each week.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working alongside the Resort Amusements Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day operations, support your team, and ensure smooth running of the venue--especially during peak times.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a team of up to 10 arcade attendants Supporting with machine maintenance and general repairs Managing stock levels, stock takes, and purchase orders Handling cash, float checks, and admin duties Driving sales and achieving performance targets Ensuring the arcade stays clean, safe, and welcoming Contributing to team training and development

What We're Looking For:

1+ year in a supervisory or assistant management role Confident with Microsoft Office and back-office systems Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, problem-solving mindset Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods Passion for creating fun and engaging guest experiences
Previous experience in arcades or amusements is a plus, but not required - we provide full training tailored to our site.
