What's involved?
As the Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you'll bring solid experience from premium hotel hospitality environments. A confident, hands-on leader, you'll assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager in the day to day running of the hospitality department. You'll drive team training, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring an organised and efficient back of house whilst driving the fantastic servbice for guests.
