Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team at Pen and Cob Brasserie.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing great customer service to create an exceptional dining experience. We are developing our team to build our reputation in Bedford and surrounding areas.
The role requires a confident, positive and motivated individual with previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant and bar. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can help develop a team around them and is able to organise and control the Brasserie in a professional and confident manner.
This position supports the Restaurant Manager and will be required to control bookings and cash up and ensure the various sections of the restaurant are kept clean and in line with health and safety procedures.
This role is a full-time contract and would require someone who is flexible with hours and must be able to work weekends. The role will involve mainly afternoon and evening working.
