We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage the restaurant operations effectively.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall dining experience for customers
- Train and mentor staff on food preparation, service standards, and health & safety procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food preparation
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with bartending practices and beverage service is advantageous
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is desirable
