Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
Assist in managing kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Support the restaurant manager in achieving financial targets through effective team management.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
