Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of culinary trends and restaurant best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
