Duties
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Manage inventory levels and assist with food production planning to meet customer demand.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on menu development and culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
