Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards. This role is also expected to maintain restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. High sense of integrity and accountability is extremely important to this role and must be a good team especially for creating team spirit in the team.

Previous

culinary experience

and knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred experience in food preparation, cooking, and bartending
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
