A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead a refined yet relaxed dining venue with a fresh restaurant and vibrant events space. We're looking for someone with a big personality who thrives on building guest relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the face of the restaurant, remembering guests' names, and enhancing their experience.
- Leading and inspiring a small, high-performing team.
- Managing evening events and overseeing smooth operations on busy weekends.
- Driving service standards and maintaining a casually premium atmosphere.
- The venue is open around 3 evenings per week
- 45-48 hours per week, with closing by 10:30 pm.
- A dynamic leader with strong hospitality experience.
- Passion for guest engagement and delivering top-tier service.
- Keen to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Must drive due to location.
