About you:

We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Team. You would have an eye for detail and be proactive in the Restaurant, ensuring that the Front of House department is run efficiently. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience. Working closely with the Senior Management and the Chef de Cuisine to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and professionally Manage Reservations, seating arrangements, and table service Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, including stock control, cash handling, and hygiene standards Provide management support to the Senior Management Support the team through delivering training that supports their learning and development Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and ideas.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a Team Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences Excellent Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
