We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our passionate team at the prestigious Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience.

Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members.

Managing the restaurant efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service.

Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on, can-do approach.

Handling guest queries promptly and professionally, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience.

Drive the Nusr-Et culture, train and develop FOH team

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous management experience in London restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment A passion for delivering the highest levels of service.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Effective multitasking abilities.

The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.

Full rota flexibility Experience in operating Micros system WSET Level 2
