Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels, including food production and kitchen supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect current trends while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing team performance through effective leadership and motivation.
Monitor financial performance metrics, assisting in cost control measures to optimise profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in kitchen roles or barista positions is advantageous.
