ll Trillo, Chelsea's much-loved fine dining Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced and personable Assistant Manager to join it's friendly front-of-house team on a full-time basis. The role offers great benefits and a salary of 36,000 to 40,000 per year (depending on experience).

As Assistant Manager your duties will include managing reservations, meeting and greeting customers, taking orders, table service, leading staff by example, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during service (with staff and customers), insuring service and standards remain of a high quality, stock management and staff scheduling. Plus, some light cleaning duties will also be expected for the restaurant's set-up and closure.

We're seeking an industry professional with an excellent command of English, who thrives when working in a busy environment, with a buzzing atmosphere, where high quality food and fine wines are served, and who boasts outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE...

Minimum of one year's previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a busy, fast-paced restaurant The ability to deliver high standards and work under pressure Confident, professional and welcoming personality Great communication and organising skills Previous experience of managing a team of waiters A passion for food and fine wines The ability to work closely with the management team and be a team player Outstanding standards of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job Be willing to work five days a week, average 48 hours Be willing to work evening shifts and weekends Have the right to work in the UK An excellent command of spoken English (Italian language is a plus)
WHAT WE'RE OFFERING THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...

30 years' experience in the hospitality business, permanent contract with base salary + performance bonus and training on the job A full-time position of 48 hours per week, with a salary of 36,000 to 40,000 per year A 1,000 loyalty bonus on completion of six months and a further 1,000 loyalty bonus on the? comletion of 1 year 1,000 referral bonus Company pension 28 days of holiday per year (with set closures in late-August and Christmas/New Year) Company / staff events 30% employee discount in our restaurant
