Responsibilities



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service Lead and motivate the team, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and baristas, to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in line with health and safety regulations Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to optimise productivity Assist with food production planning and ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas Handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold excellent service standards Collaborate with suppliers for stock management and inventory control Support training programmes to enhance team skills in culinary techniques, hospitality, and food safety

Requirements



Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and managing staff schedules Excellent knowledge of food safety standards, food production processes, and hospitality best practices Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in service delivery and compliance matters Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and guests A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement

Job Type: Permanent
