The Oarsman, Marlow are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Full Time Assistant Manager with wine knowledge and a passion for great service.

As a proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager with a positive attitude, The Oarsman will give you the opportunity to work in a small and friendly team to support the training and development of service skills and standards.

We pride ourselves in service that we deliver and positive feedback we receive from our guests. We also take pride in food we serve, prepared by out talented Chef Scott Smith. The successful Assistant Manager should:

Have a least 3 year experience in an appropriate role Have passion for wine and willingness to learn more Be proactive and keen to develop skills within the team Great service and customer experience is your second nature

Pay: 31,000.00-35,000.00 per year
