We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment

House - 9am-5.30pm Sunday-Thursday..

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in menu planning and food production processes. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Foster a positive working environment through effective team management and leadership. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health regulations and restaurant policies.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Supervising experience with a focus on team management is highly desirable. Culinary experience or food preparation skills will be advantageous. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is required. Experience in barista duties or hotel operations would be beneficial but not mandatory. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.
