What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and a fantastic customer experience Managing and supporting a small, dedicated front-of-house team Handling staff rotas, training, and performance Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and licensing compliance Dealing with bookings, customer feedback, and occasional event planning

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience

in a similar managerial role within a busy restaurant setting A genuine passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills Confidence in dealing with customers, suppliers, and team members A hands-on, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
