Assistant Restaurant Manager

to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations of The Alice Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy shifts Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards Overseeing reservations, floor planning, and smooth service execution Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM's absence

What Do You Need?

Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality-led hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with a lead-by-example attitude Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences Commercial awareness and the ability to support with KPIs and budgets
