We are seeking 2 experienced and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 full time & 1 part time to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management. This role involves supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also play a crucial role in staff training, inventory control, and shift management.
Duties
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
Utilize POS systems such for cash handling and transactions.
Train and develop staff on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new staff as needed.
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in budgeting and financial management of the restaurant's operations.
Skills
Strong background in food service management with experience in quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
Proficient in cash handling and POS systems.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
Experience in staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and budgeting tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Previous experience in culinary roles or kitchen experience is a plus.
