Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in dishes served. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Previous experience in food production or kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Background in hotel or barista services is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
