ABOUT THE ROLE




We're looking for an

inspiring, detail-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager

to join our leadership team and play a vital role in the continued success of one of the Cotswolds' most respected dining destinations.


Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll:

Lead, coach and motivate our talented team Drive service excellence and operational smoothness Ensure every guest leaves feeling

genuinely valued

Location:

Kingham, Cotswolds

Salary:

41,875 including OTE Tronc

Hours:

48 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



Support daily operations across the restaurant and private dining spaces Oversee preparation and setup to the highest presentation standards Maintain an expert overview of floor service, flow and guest experience Lead daily briefings and tastings with the kitchen team Motivate, train and support the front-of-house team Manage reservations and coordinate guest flow with the Host team Drive revenue through confident menu knowledge and upselling Resolve guest feedback calmly and professionally Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards Support with rota management, recruitment and performance reviews

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



Previous experience as an

Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor

in a fine dining or multi-rosette setting Proven ability to

lead, motivate and inspire

a team under pressure Strong knowledge of

food, wine and beverage service

Exceptional attention to detail and service flow Professional communication and calm problem-solving A true passion for

hospitality, teamwork and personal growth
