We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the Restaurant Team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. In this pivotal role, you'll motivate and train a dynamic team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food safety Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment Oversee customer service, addressing guest feedback to maintain satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service flow Implement and uphold health and safety regulations

About You

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service focus Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
